Rozalyn began her career as in-house counsel for large corporations – first for Cooper Industries, then for Eaton Corporation (after its acquisition of Cooper Industries), and finally, for Nabors Industries. Rozalyn also regularly represents clients in entity formation, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and joint venture transactions.

Rozalyn’s clients include start-ups, mid-size entities, family offices, and large, publicly-traded entities. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, equipment rental, waste collection, and engineering and other professional services.

While at the University of Houston Law Center, Rozalyn served as an associate editor for the Houston Law Review. Rozalyn is also a member of the Order of the Barons and the Order of the Coif.
