Ryan Chadwick has over 30 years of experience advising businesses on domestic and international legal and regulatory matters. Ryan counsels companies on acquisitions and sales, corporate governance, commercial and financial transactions, real estate matters, compliance and ethics, employment matters, business disputes, and many other legal issues that arise in day-to-day operations of a business.

Ryan previously served as General Counsel of IPSCO Tubulars, Inc. and held senior legal roles at Cooper Industries and Eaton Corporation, where he was responsible for corporate, commercial, compliance, and litigation matters. Prior to these roles, Ryan was a partner at Jackson Walker LLP advising clients on a range of business and transactional issues and disputes.
