MouerHuston was founded by Andy Mouer in March 2013, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial transactions. Allison Miller-Mouer joined as a partner in January 2015, expanding the Firm’s practice to include litigation expertise as well as commercial transaction experience. In April 2016, Penn Huston joined as a partner, further expanding the Firm’s litigation expertise and client base. In April 2019, Jeff Elkin joined as a partner, adding additional breadth to the Firm’s litigation practice and client base. In January of 2022, Rozalyn Stuckey became a partner, solidifying the Firm’s transactional expertise in commercial agreements, M&A, real estate matters, and other general corporate matters.
